So I officially wanted to say that the cat is out of the bag!!!!!!!!!

It's pretty much a done deal!! 

Done......Dunzo.....Finito!!

What do I mean?!?!?!??!

Well as you can tell from my lack of blogging these last few weeks (and from this last post) that 2hotty and I have been up to no good something!!!

This somethin somethin took allot of our time and energy..............but we are finally (WAHOO!!) seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!

Wanna know what this little something is??!?!?!

WE ARE BUYING A HOUSE!!!! (HALLELUIA!!  --> insert angel choir and a bright ray of light here)!!!

This is not just any house!!  OH NO!!
It will be our FIRST house!! 
Our first house we plan on turning into a loving and happy HOME!!!! 

We are super ECSTATIC and just cannot stand to wait any longer!
(Common people get yer stuff and move out already!! I KID I KID!!)

My last post I hinted at what we were up too.  Remember this:

Yes my friends I need to find me one of these (ASAP!) because I have a feeling buying a house doesn't come cheap!!  Just saying!! Just the word on the street you know!!  LOL!! Yes we have many trees on our property (some pretty apple trees amongst some of them) but a money tree would be really nice!!

2hotty in a golf cart?!?!?! In his dreams!!  Yes our home is on a golf course and NO we won't be buying a golf cart anytime soon (you hear read that 2hotty)!!! Although there are some houses mansions on the course that I'm sure could be mistaken as PDiddy's summer home but I would consider our house to be a little on the shack side (REPRESENT)!! Cannot wait to put my plaid corduroy couch on the front porch and arrange my lawn ornament collection on the front lawn........YEEHAW!!!  Keepin it real!!

We almost (will find out tomorrow) have a closing date set in the very near future!!!  I'm sure I'll get carpal tunnel after signing my name like a bazillion times!!  Sounds like a good time!!

And lastly but not leastly I showed a picture of an eagle soaring free!!!
Oh boy I cannot wait to spread my wings!! 
It will be a bittersweet moment but I have faith in 2hotty and me!!!
We'll be fine...........we're just buying a house...........no big deal!! (someone hand me a paper (puke) bag quick!!)
I'm so glad I have 2hotty on my team because there is nobody (NOBODY!) else I would have on this roller coaster ride called LIFE then my wingman, Scotty!!!

HERE IS TO AN END OF ONE CHAPTER TO A WONDERFUL and scary NEW ONE!!!
We've already started looking at flooring options and paint swatches and I think I have every detail of our home decorated (in my head)!! All of my old Pottery Barn catalogs have come out of storage (I have been saving em since like 2005 or something ridiculous like that)!!  But I knew one day they would come in handy for this very moment!!!  It is safe to say that I have officially overwhelmed 2hotty beyond his means and anytime I mention a new furniture piece or color scheme idea he turns pale white and starts rocking profusely in the corner!! I'm sorry hunny but I just cant help myself!!

So stay tuned my friends for some crazy and wild new posts ( fellas it'll be better than watching old Spring break episodes......wink wink....I promise!!) as 2hotty and I tackle home renovations, party decorations, and everything in between!!  I will try to feature everything (as everything happens in real time) on this here blog of mine, SP4E (suited perfectly for eternity)!!  I hope to cover every step of our home-buying, renovating and decorating rollercoaster journey!!!!  How cool is that.......and you will get front row and center!!!!

Who guessed this was coming from my last post?!?!?  What else did you think we were up too??  Anyone just recently buy a new home....perhaps there first home like us (I would really love to hear your headsups) or anything new for that matter???  I've already started planning paint colors, furniture arrangement, and new floor options (all while 2hotty is shaking and rocking back and forth in the corner......he's very overwhelmed by all of my opinions for the home!! HA!)!!  Anyone know where I could find me a money tree?!?!?!

Yes I am still very much alive!!
Terribly exhausted, anxious, and stressed out of my mind but somehow everything feels just right!!

I have something up my sleeve  but you'll have to wait just a bit longer for the reveal (that is if everything continues to move along as smoothly as it has..........quick everyone knock on some wood......don't want to jinx myself now!!)!!
